I have been working with massage since 2002, and reflexology since 2006. I believe that wellbeing stems from within, a positive self-belief that enables you to love and nurture yourself. Working as a holistic massage therapist enables me to work both intuitively and empathically with individuals on all levels to help themselves achieve this sense of wellbeing.

I held the post of Holistic Development Therapist for Aqua Sana at Center Parcs in Elveden Forest for 3 years, before deciding to start my own practice, The Holistic Frog, which runs out of The Unthank Clinic, in Norwich.

My love for working with massage led me into further training as an infant massage instructor with the IAIM, The International Association of Infant Massage, where I found a new way of promoting nurturing touch by helping parents and carers to bond with their babies in a caring and safe enviroment.
